Sound, especially music, has an impact on our physical and emotional state, affecting us energetically. All music by today’s standard is tuned to 440 Hz. However studies show that the powerful 432 Hz frequency is known to resonate with the natural harmonics of the universe, creating balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. Some even claim that this specific frequency helps unlock and activate the pineal (third eye) chakra, promoting heightened intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual awareness. We can at least be sure that what we listen to is as vital as the food and water we consume. Since it can affect us on every level, it’s important to be selective about what we choose to listen to.

What are the health benefits of watching cute animals?

A study by the University of Leeds discovered both physiological and psychological benefits; heart rates dropped, and the group average blood pressure moved to the ideal range.

Delight in seeing her have lots of fun with a stick and her favorite human, Tony.

7 year old Luna — whose full name is Luna Dena — is a Corgi and Australian Cattle Dog mix.

One day in 2017, whilst on holiday in Mexico, Tony found puppy Luna alone on a beach. Realizing she had been abandoned, he decided to take her back to his LA home. They have been inseparable ever since.
